I am a psychodynamic

counsellor ​offering weekly, fortnightly or monthly therapy sessions, either in person or online.

Everyone has times in life when it can feel overwhelming, whether you've experienced a trauma or are struggling to cope with the everyday.

You maybe looking to understand yourself better and look to change patterns and behaviours that have become detrimental; maybe you are looking for support through a tough time; or an opportunity to offload. I am here to listen and support you through life.​

I am kind, caring and empathetic. I offer a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space, at my therapy room in a friendly wellbeing clinic in the heart of Lingfield Village. 
 

I have a wide range of experience, and work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self esteem/ confidence, work related stress, relationship/ family issues, parenting struggles and bereavement.

I offer flexible long and short term therapy. Sessions are 50 minutes long and are either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

I work both face to face and online.

​

I understand starting therapy can be daunting, and so offer a 1 hour 20 minute initial meeting, in which and we can discuss what you are looking for from therapy and how best to proceed. This appointment also gives you an opportunity to decide whether I am the right therapist to support you.

I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor, fully insured and a member of the BACP.

Lingfield Village is on the Surrey/ Sussex/Kent border. The clinic has free parking.

All sessions, including the initial appointment, are £60.
